Employment Agreement

Human resource management is the custodian of employment agreements which should state all company policies and conditions of employment. Importantly, the employee should be fully aware of their legal standings under certain conditions e.g. termination (company property, intellectual property etc). The employment agreement should spell out quite clearly what the parameters of working for an organisation are e.g. dress standards, policies etc. However care must be taken to ensure that human resource management is not oppressive in this regard.
