Management training within rapid and accelerating change
The objective is not the generation of management training programmes as some form of fixed, clearly defined, stable entity as such management training initiatives will immediately fail to deliver organisational needs when the organisations environment enters into a phase of relatively instability Whilst management training is partially aimed at helping the organisation to learn how to operate well once that has been achieved the need for further "tradition" management training learning is diminished. However, the swift pace of today's world demands that an organisation develops a dynamic learning culture. Therefore for management training to stay relevant and effective organisations must learn how to change approaches to learning at least as fast as their environment changes.
To be innovative organisations must learn even faster - therefore management training programmes must anticipate the future.
