The first step towards commissioning us is usually
to arrange a meeting with one of our senior consultants
or regional representatives. He or she will want to
work with you to get an understanding of your requirement.
With an understanding in place development options embracing
the HRD Online training courses, and diagnostic tools
can be discussed, and assessed leading to agreement
on a specification of requirement. This information
will then be used to prepare and submit a detailed written
or oral proposal, dependent upon the size or complexity
of the work required.
Our proposal will usually quote a total fee but with
your requirements itemised.

Only managers who are experienced in organisational development, human resource management or management training and development are assigned to this role.
 One
of our Contract Managers (Victoria
Shatmani or Assumpta Wood) will liaise with you on all
administrative and financial matters throughout our
relationship to ensure you are provided with a highly
professional service at all times.
Your assigned senior consultant will also maintain
regular contact with you including review meetings to
monitor user progress and assess emerging needs.
We always operate strictly within milestones,
deliverables, and fees you set.
Traditionally our service provision consists of specific
training courses or ILM qualifications. BUT should your
requirement be mixed and varied and not necessarily
known in full from the outset, then we will enter into
a service agreement at discounted rates linked
to volume.
