The first step towards commissioning us is usually to arrange a meeting with one of our senior consultants. He or she will want to work with you to get an understanding of your organisation, its requirement and its plans for the future. With an understanding in place development options embracing consultancy and/or management training can be discussed, and assessed leading to agreement on a specification of requirement. This information will then be used to prepare and submit a detailed written or oral proposal, dependent upon the size or complexity of the work required.

Only managers who are experienced in organisational development, human resource management or management training and development are assigned to this role.

One of our Contract Managers (Victoria Shatmani or Assumpta Wood) will co-ordinate all our internal human and materials resources and liaise with you on all administrative and financial matters throughout the programme to ensure you are provided with a highly professional service at all times.

Your assigned senior consultant will also maintain regular contact with you including assignment review meetings to monitor needs, assess progress and develop our relationship.

Throughout our commercial relationship our consultant will work with you to develop and maintain work programme schedules as your needs and circumstances evolve.

For learning programmes we will
provide for each participant:

  • workbook(s)
  • a Personal
    Development Portfolio
  • consumable materials
  • videos
  • case work
  • games and activities
  • equipment

For residential events we will arrange the venues, within your budget, though we would ask that our customer makes all venue arrangements for all in-house events.

We have established a regional network of UK consultants who can undertake HRD or HRM assignments as:

  • Project Managers
  • Contract Managers
  • Interim Managers

Our proposal will quote either a total fee for the planned programme based upon our estimate of the work required to satisfy your requirement, or a day rate plus expenses.

We will always operate strictly within milestones, with deliverables, and fees set by yourself.

Should your requirement be mixed and varied and not necessarily known in full from the outset, but likely to lead to a relationship that might endue, then we will enter into a service agreement at discounted rates linked to volume. Within this framework you can call off specific events as and when needs are identified.
