This financial awareness management training course is designed to provide participants with a clear understanding of the financial aspects of a typical organisation's operations so that they can conduct an assessment of financial position and trading performance and draw accurate conclusions. This will ensure that managers who are outside the accounting function will have sufficient financial awareness to be able to converse competently and confidently with other managers on financial matters.
Each and every manager must be a generalist with sound business knowledge in the world of finance rather than the traditional view being an operational, or functional specialist. As a result organisations benefit from having individual managers with a more informed understanding of business decisions and more confident and competent in handling accounting data and discussing financial topics.
This management training course is a natural extension of a strategic review and works well as part of a business trilogy with marketing and personnel management training courses. Other financial awareness management training courses can also be delivered.
The trilogies effectiveness can be enhanced by including modules covering a computerised business simulation and action centred learning.
