Organisations need their people to work in a demanding result oriented way but where quality, geared to customer satisfaction and service provision, is of paramount importance. A simple statement that most people would agree with but one often difficult to achieve when margins are tight, competition fierce, customer specifications and delivery times demanding. Programme Introduction

We deliver a variety of quality assurance, quality control and quality audit training programmes designed to satisfy our customers specific requirements.

In all our quality assurance management training courses we aim to develop a quality driven organisation where people have a clear understanding of how quality management affects course participants, their services, their co-workers and their prospects.

Only through establishing an internal quality driven environment based upon quality assurance can the external product or service satisfy the customer.

Improvement action must be systematic and unified to ensure conformance to quality requirements (both customer and corporate) only in this way will a value adding business quality goal be realised.
