Background
We are a Nottingham based training company founded in 1987. The
HRD Group's (THRDGL) business is that of Human Resource Development.
At the heart of our business is the HRD Online learning system.
- In 1995 we were accredited to deliver what
is now the Institute of Leadership & Management's Certificate
in Team Leading and Diploma in Management.
- In 1999 THRDGL was accredited to deliver
the ILM's First Line Management Award and the Executive Diploma
in Management.
- In 2000 we became an Investor in People accredited
company.
- In 2002 we formed an alliance with Skillgate
and the HRD Online learning system using "push learning"
technology was born.
- In 2004 we were re-accredited by the ILM and
our management qualifications portfolio was extended to include
International Management Qualifications - with both distant and
blended learning methods.
- In 2006 we established an international network of partners
to market our portfolio of training courses and support their
client's with locally provided blended learning HRD services integrated
with the HRD Online learning platform.
- In 2007 HIV / AIDs educational programmes
were developed for South Africa.
- In 2008 we were re-accredited and the ILM portfolio
was extended to cover 15 management qualifications.
- In 2009 we created a UK network of ILM approved partners
to market and support their client's with locally provided blended
HRD and OD services.
- In 2010 our ILM qualifications portfolio was extended
to cover 41 Management Qualifications and 4 International Management
Qualifications.
- In 2011 a new HRD Online learning system was implemented
and our ground breaking Portal Plans were created.

Our Mission Statement
Our business is to help our partners and their clients to develop
their business. This we will do by providing expertise in HR Development.
To achieve this we:
