What is the meaning of training
courses?
Whilst training courses could be defined as:
"a process for developing individual
skills and effectiveness. Rarely is it a process of
organisation or group development. Individual effectiveness,
in terms of skills, knowledge and attitude, is one of
the essential building blocks towards achievement of
